Cancellation/Return Policy:  Zoom Buggies accepts returns of all products within a 14 day period from delivery forward.  Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping fees upon return. The only exception to these terms would be in the result of a mistake made by Zoom Buggies. 

Warranty: All products offered by Zoom Buggies are subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty, which may vary depending upon product. 

Privacy Policy: Data collected by Zoom Buggies only consist of that in which the customer fills out when placing an order (Name, Address, Email, Phone Number). No payment information is sent to Zoom Buggies during or after an order being placed.  This information is only processed by Shopify and/or other payment methods Zoom Buggies accepts. 

Terms and Conditions:  Zoom Buggies is a golf cart performance parts company. With that being said, Zoom Buggies does not encourage or promote the unsafe use of Golf Carts and is not responsible for any unlawful or dangerous use of its products. Zoom Buggies is not responsible for these parts being installed by customers who may be unqualified to do so and can in turn hurt themselves during this process. We STRONGLY  encourage customers to see professional installation of the products offered by Zoom Buggies. By purchasing products from Zoom Buggies, you are agreeing fully to reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions.
