Shipping policy

At Zoom Buggies, we are committed to providing our customers with a swift, secure, and reliable delivery service. We've partnered with leading national delivery companies to ensure each product from our catalog is dispatched using the most effective shipping method, offering you a superior delivery experience.

Upon dispatching your order, we will send an email notification inclusive of a tracking number. We advise you to monitor the progress of your shipment either online or via phone with the delivery carrier. In case of any irregularities in the shipment progress, please get in touch with us immediately.

Shipping Rates The shipping rates are determined by the size of the order. Many products and product groups on our site are eligible for free shipping. Small parcel shipping rates apply for orders weighing less than 150 lbs (rates may vary). Orders over 150 lbs are shipped via freight carrier, usually costing 18-30% of the purchase price. 

Order Delivery Your orders will be dispatched using either UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. We offer free shipping on most items unless otherwise stated in the product description.

LTL Freight/Curbside Delivery For this shipping method, your products will be delivered via a freight carrier. You can track all LTL/freight shipments. Standard curbside deliveries require you to unload the products from the truck and transport them to your chosen location. Items eligible for free curbside delivery will be marked accordingly. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery schedule. Please note that if any LTL item arrives damaged, it must be rejected upon delivery. We will not be able to replace or return any LTL items once they have been accepted.

Shipping Outside the Continental United States: We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States due to the high cost of shipping large products. If you wish to order our products from outside these areas, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact our support team for further assistance.

Order Arrival Time Each product on our site has an estimated lead time — the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. As we work with multiple warehouses across the country to offer you a vast selection, lead times can vary. Some warehouses can dispatch items within 48 hours, while others may take up to 1-4 weeks. Each product page includes the estimated lead time for your convenience.

Exclusions: Certain products do incur individual shipping charges or per order amount charges. This information will be clearly stated on each product page, and the total shipping cost (if any) will be detailed on the shopping cart page prior to checkout.
